Blue lagoon and antipaxos cruise was extremely overcrowded and rushed. Boat smelled musty and old. What you likely want is a catamaran with more opportunity to be outside, and this is not that. I’d suggest booking private or going with another company for a little more money.

Agence moyennement sérieuse. Nous avons séjourné au Mythos Panorama Hotel qui est partenaire avec l'agence. Notre première expérience pour Paxos Antipaxos s'est très bien déroulée et j'aurais bien déposé un avis 5 étoiles. Cependant, 2 jours après nous avions réservé un water taxi pour nous rendre sur Corfou toute la matinée. C'est une fois arrivé devant le chauffeur au matin que celui-ci nous souffle au nez et indique que c'est annulé comme si nous devions avoir connaissance de cette info. En nous rapprochant de l'hôtel, celui-ci a contacté l'agence qui leur a seulement donné l'information à ce moment et non avant. Il semblerait que le bateau ne fonctionnait plus mais j'ai plus l'impression que comme nous n'étions que deux ce trajet n'était pas rentable pour eux... Death by Grand Tour Aug 2026 • Family Who in their right mind organises a tour that lasts 11 hours. My children were literally suicidal for the last 3 hours. So I’m going to to preface this with saying that at the beginning of the trip everything was normal . We were picked up by their service- received our tickets - and boarded the boat. There was no assigned seating or anything just kind of wherever you find a spot,  sit, and  enjoy the views. We were sitting inside when we first arrived and stopped at the blue caves and first swimming area was antipaxos which was so so beautiful and fun. We left all our stuff on the seats as many people did. Once we got to paxos everyone boarded off for two hours to explore the little town and just had to be back on the boat by 3:15pm. Then that’s when we experienced an extreme blatant form of racism that was utterly shocking. We boarded back and found seats on the upper deck outside and there were people sitting in our seats which was fine we didn’t have any of our stuff there so how would anyone know? It’s not assigned seats so whatever we didn’t care. We found empty seats were sitting down just chit chatting. A women and her son come and sit across us . We knew someone was sitting across us because they had towels and bags on that row so we didn’t sit there. Then she tried handing me towels and I was thinking  does she think those are ours ? I didn’t understand so I said “oh no we have our towels that’s not ours” . She goes these are my friends and they were sitting there before we docked . I said well everyone’s moved seats and these seats were empty so sorry but  we’re going to stay here. And she the tried to place the towels basically on me and I said no I’m not taking or holding your towels for you and pushed them to another spot. She’s like that’s so rude of you . Rude of me ? I’m not your maid why are handing me towels to hold for your friends? Anyways plot twist the friends came back and started becoming aggressive with us . Literally threatened to slap my boyfriend across the face because he wouldn’t get up. Said “ if you don’t move I’ll move you.” Called us zionists because we’re American and then a crew member told us to move instead. Then as they started getting more aggressive (because intoxicated)one of the men looked at me and said “yes MOVE YOUR C*LO ok ?” I’m Hispanic. All hell broke loose and insults were flying back and forth. We were fuming then spoke to the captain and he explained they only asked us to move because they were acting violent and we were the kinder group to try to deescalate the situation. He said once we docked he would walk us to the agency and help us get our money back because of what we experienced. All they should have done was say there’s no assigned seats or tell the aggressive couple that violence isn’t acceptable and they didn’t. They rewarded it . Once we got there the story changed and he tried to pass on the burden to us and to contact the agency, that he was just trying to mediate and we were easier to compromise . So basically rewarded the racist violent people who couldn’t handle finding an empty seat. Please see the video of us speaking the captain of the boat stating how they behaved was utterly wrong and encouraged a level of racism and violence I never expected to find on a tour to these little islands. Of course any crew wants to minimize a situation between guests however when a couple is threatening violent behavior to other guests over a disagreement the company and crew should immediately retaliate to those posing the threats of violence not just reward them. “More importantly, Article 111 of the Greek Code of Public Maritime Law provides that the captain can request the Port Authority (Λιμενική Αρχή) to remove a passenger who: * seriously disrupts order on the vessel, or * gives reasonable indications that remaining aboard could create a danger to passengers, the vessel, or cargo.” Once they threatened to use physical violence on us for sitting where they wanted to sit that should have been handled by the crew immediately .

We take any allegation of racism, threats or abusive behaviour extremely seriously. However, your review repeatedly presents the alleged behaviour of individual passengers as though it were the behaviour or policy of Messonghi Travel Center. That distinction is fundamental and must be made clear. First and foremost, Messonghi Travel Center does not tolerate or endorse racism, discrimination, threats or violence in any form. If another passenger used the racist language described in your review, we condemn such language unequivocally. The alleged words and behaviour of an individual passenger were that individual's responsibility; they do not represent the values, conduct or policy of Messonghi Travel Center. It is equally important to clarify the nature of the excursion you purchased. This was a shared boat excursion during August, the busiest period of the summer season in Corfu. It was not a private yacht or private charter. Passengers share the vessel and its common areas with many other guests. As your own review acknowledges, seating was not assigned. A disagreement subsequently arose between passengers concerning seating. According to your own account, the crew became involved after that disagreement escalated. Whatever one thinks of the crew's chosen method of de-escalation, asking the more cooperative party to move in an attempt to separate two groups is not evidence that the crew supported racism, nor does it establish that Messonghi Travel Center "encouraged" racism or violence. Those are extremely serious accusations, and they should not be made by conflating three entirely separate parties: 1. The passengers involved in the confrontation and the words or threats allegedly made by them. 2. The captain and crew of the vessel, whose immediate responsibility at sea is to maintain safety and order and who, according to your own description, attempted to separate the parties and de-escalate an increasingly hostile confrontation. 3. Messonghi Travel Center, the travel agency through which the excursion was arranged. MTC was not the passenger who allegedly made the racist remark, did not instruct anyone to make such a remark, and does not have any policy that condones discriminatory behaviour. Your review itself states that the captain told you that the other passengers' behaviour was wrong and that the crew approached you because you appeared to be the more reasonable group with whom a compromise could be reached. That account is fundamentally inconsistent with an allegation that the crew "encouraged" racism. Attempting to prevent a confrontation from becoming physical is not an endorsement of the offensive behaviour that caused the confrontation. You also cite "Article 111 of the Greek Code of Public Maritime Law" as establishing a particular procedure for removing a passenger. We respectfully ask that legal provisions be quoted accurately and in their correct context. The legal citation presented in the review should not be used to create the impression that MTC or the crew unquestionably violated a specific statutory obligation without establishing that the cited provision is current, applicable to this vessel and excursion, and says what is claimed. There is also an important practical distinction between the captain having powers and responsibilities concerning safety aboard a vessel and an assertion that a passenger must automatically be removed immediately whenever another passenger reports a threat. Decisions concerning safety, intervention and any involvement of the competent Port Authority must be made according to the circumstances confronting the captain and crew at the time. We completely understand that being subjected to an alleged racist insult or threat would be deeply upsetting, and we do not minimise that experience. Come for the Ionian Sea, stay for the unsupervised middle-school cafeteria. We booked the Paxos Antipaxos Blue Caves cruise through Messonghi Travel Center, and I’ll start with the positive: the beginning was genuinely great. Seamless pickup, nice boat, easy departure. It got a little cramped and the cabin smelled like someone had detonated an industrial-strength air freshener, but hey — €55 cruise. We were having fun. Things took a fairly spectacular turn on the journey home. When we reboarded, other passengers were sitting where we had been on the outbound trip, so we did the revolutionary thing of finding other available seats. We went upstairs, saw open space, and sat down. Apparently we had accidentally entered The Hunger Games: Upper Deck Edition. A couple and another woman confronted us, insisting the seats were “theirs.” We explained that our original seats had also been taken and that we had simply returned early and sat in an open area. Rather than behaving like adults on vacation in Greece, they became increasingly aggressive, raised their voices, threatened to hit members of our group multiple times, made hateful racist comments toward us, and called us “Zionists” after hearing our American accents. This went from a disagreement about boat seats to threats of actual violence. Again: boat seats. Here is where the company completely lost me. Rather than telling the people making threats and hateful comments to stop, the crew ultimately made us move. Their explanation, essentially verbatim, was that we were the better-behaved group, so moving us would make things easier. An absolutely fascinating approach to conflict resolution… Step 1: Identify who is behaving aggressively. Step 2: Reward them. Step 3: Inconvenience the people behaving reasonably because they’re less likely to cause another scene. By this logic, the loudest toddler should also be named captain! The crew acknowledged afterward that the other passengers had harassed us and told us we would receive our money back because of how the situation had been handled. Great. At least someone recognized how absurd this had become. Then we reached shore. Suddenly, the refund became the travel agency’s responsibility. The travel agency had to be contacted. There were processes. There were hoops. The confident promise made onboard apparently disembarked at a different port. And that is ultimately the reason for the one star. A disagreement between passengers can happen anywhere. Racist comments and threats of physical violence should be an immediate line in the sand, particularly on a boat where passengers cannot simply walk away. Instead, the company chose the path of least resistance and effectively rewarded the people causing the problem because the rest of us were easier to deal with. The Ionian Sea is stunning. The islands are gorgeous. The cruise itself could have been perfectly enjoyable. But apparently €55 gets you transportation, scenery, unlimited air freshener, and conflict resolution administered by whichever confused employee happens to be closest. You get what you pay for. Next time, we’ll pay more.

Messonghi Travel Center has been serving visitors to Corfu for many years, and the **thousands of five-star reviews from customers who have travelled with us speak far more accurately to the standard of service we provide every day**. We are extremely proud of that reputation and of the team behind it. As the reviewer correctly states, the excursion began with a seamless pickup, a pleasant boat and an easy departure. The incident described later was a **dispute between passengers regarding seating**, not something initiated by Messonghi Travel Center or its staff. When disagreements occur between passengers aboard a vessel, the crew's immediate responsibility is to de-escalate the situation and protect the safety of everyone onboard. Moving passengers away from a confrontation is not an endorsement, reward or acceptance of another passenger's behaviour. It is a practical measure intended to separate the parties and prevent an already heated situation from escalating further. We categorically reject any suggestion that racist remarks, discrimination or threats of violence are acceptable. They are not. At the same time, our staff cannot control everything individual passengers may say to one another, and it is unfair to portray an entire excursion and the travel agency that arranged it as responsible for the alleged behaviour of other independent passengers. Regarding the refund, the vessel's crew cannot independently issue a refund for a booking purchased through a separate travel agency. Any refund must necessarily be communicated to and processed through the company that received the booking and payment. Explaining that procedure is not "creating hoops"; it is simply how bookings and payments are administered. We are sorry that an otherwise enjoyable day to Paxos, Antipaxos and the Blue Caves was overshadowed by an unpleasant confrontation with other passengers. We would, however, strongly disagree with the implication that this isolated passenger dispute represents Messonghi Travel Center or the experience we provide. We invite anyone considering travelling with us to look beyond a single incident and read the **thousands of five-star reviews left by our guests**. Very straightforward We booked 2 trips with them. Day trip into Corfu on a bus - €10 per person. Picked us up at the hotel door and couldn’t have been any more straightforward The second was a half day boat hire for €100 + fuel (this is based on what you use - for us it was €25). Again very straightforward and the boats are through Tazs boat hire who were very professional and gave us a full safety briefing before letting us loose on the sea It was the same gentleman we seen both times we visited and he was Great

Amazing company We had the best experience from the off! Rita at the booking office beside the river next to the beach was wonderful and helped us choose two amazing trips. The first to Corfu town for an afternoon boat trip and the second we had a day out again on the boat with the most friendly crew which took us to Parga, then drive us inside a cave and then to swim in a beautiful blue lagoon. Thoroughly recommend anyone to go and book. So reasonable in price and very well organised. A thank you to the local river taxi gentleman who guided us to organise the trips. Two very happy sisters who enjoyed it immensely 5 stars!!!

Grand Tour Of Corfu - Outstanding Customer Service My grand tour of the island of Corfu was simply amazing! Maria, our tour guide, & Sotiris, our driver, really looked after us in a way that was really fantastic. We travelled to many parts of the island, including: Kanoni Viewpoint, Corfu Town, Paleokastritsa (I recommend a boat trip around the coastline while there), Lakones (lunch at Bella Vista), Makrades (to the exquisite Lovin' Corfu shop), Kassiopi (unique ladies fashion), Kalami/Kouloura. Csodálatos napunk volt! Életem egyik legszebb hajó útja.(pedig már volt részem pár úton részt venni.) Kezdjük ott,hogy :keresgélés után rátalaltam a Messonghi Travel Centeren belül,a kedves Rita Radnoti Kerekes-re,akivel messengeren már itthon felvettem a kapcsolatot,mert tudtuk hogy 1 fakultatív hajókiranduláson mindenképp szeretnénk részt venni. Nagyon kedvesen válaszolt minden kérdésemre,le is beszéltük hogy az érkezesünk másnapján már megyünk is a hajókirándulásra. A lebeszéltek  alapján reggel 8ra jön értünk a transzfer ..de jó görög szokás szerint ez nem jött össze,hanem késve érkezett kb 20perccel. Minket az ilyen nem zavar hisz már több mint 20eve járjuk Görögországot és tudjuk/ismerjük a mentalitásukat 😉🙃 De eloszor ott kezdem,hogy az első napunk reggele olyan csodásan kezdődött  számomra,hogy fel7kor kimentem napfelketét  nézni a teraszunkra és egyszer csak figyelmes lettem arra hogy a víz valahogy más.... nem egyenletes nem sima.. egyszer csak azon kaptam magam hogy delfinek ugranlank a vízben.🐬 nagyon sokan. Azonnal telefon elő ,kamerázás, kép készítés hatalmas boldogság szóltam a szüleimnek,gyorsan jöttek az erkélyre. Nekem ez hatalmas boldogság volt hisz még sajnos ennyi év alatt nem sikerult soha delfineket látnom. Egyetlen egyszer Toloban,ugyan így nagyon messze a tenger közepén ugráltak. Úgyhogy ez a napunk ilyen csodásan indult.🫶🙏 Szóval:megérkezett a nagy busz,szinte tele,rajtunk kívül még kb 6-8 embert még felvettek és mentünk a sziget déli része felé kb 40perc volt az út.Lefkimmi kikötőig. Onnan átszálltunk a hajóra. Jó nagy hajó volt és úgy tudom 2 busznyi ember szállt fel. Nagyon jó helyet sikerült foglalnunk.  Volt büfé,nyitott rész,zárt rész... minden. Elindultunk....megyünk megyünk..  csodás a táj,csodás minden. Boldogság hogy végre megint lathatok rengeteg szép helyet...egyszer csak előttünk ült egy csapat  akik közül egy csajszi felüvöltött hogy delfin delfin.... nézek jobbra nézek balra. Egyszer csak észre veszem hogy nem messze tőlünk párhuzamosan ment egy kisebb hajó mint a miénk és a hullámai közül ugrálnak boldogan a hatalmas delfinek. 🐬🐬🐬🐬😍😍Istenem: ezt nem.hiszem el.hogy ekkor szerencsében van részem. Persze eltörött a  mécses... nálam mondjuk sokszor. Akár egy repcsi landolásnal is 😝  ez valami csoda ez valami elképesztő.. annyira boldog voltam,annyira örültem. És hálát adtam hogy ennek részese lehettem. Ez mar közelebb volt. Ez.mar jobban látható volt. És olyan csodas volt. Annyira imadtam.🥰 aztán mentünk tovább... Korfu szigetet elhagytuk és mar láthatáron volt Paxos szigete... Az uticélunk egyik helyszíne. Megérkeztünk. És elvarázsolt. Azta mindenit. Ezt eddig csak képeken láttam és most élőben itt van előttem és ennek is részese lehetek.. ez számomra olyan leírhatatlan boldogság hogy most hogy írom is homályosan látok mert.könnybe van a szemem.....🥹🥹 Hatalmas sziklák hatalmas képződmények, barlang több is... amiből 2be bele is ment a hajó. Elkepesztő látvány..  mikor a fejed felett magasodik nem is tudom hány 10-20-30 ha nem nem több méteres szikla,és Te bent vagy a belsejében... huuuuu ez leírhatatlan.🏞⛰️🛥⛴️🛳 mentünk tovább... csodas látvány..  sok hajó, Jacht,katamarán,kis csónak, 2-3 árbocos hajók... a telefonom már forrósodott a sok kep/videó keszitese miatt.  Ez csodas hajó út. Mentünk mentünk.. és irányba vettük Antipaxost. Hát csodas picurka sziget. Távol mindentől... az életemet le tudnám itt élni érzés... a hajó kikötött... lehetett lubickolni .. és sajnos nem mentem bele a vízben,de kristálytiszta volt, olyan kék szín hogy azt látni kell, nem lehet leírni... egyszerűen tökéletes. Korbejártuk Antipaxos szigetét, Aztán mentünk tovább Paxos szigetének a másik oldalan Gaios "faluba". Itt kikötöttünk. Volt kb 2 óra szabad foglalkozás. Mindenki leszállt. Nyakunkba vettük ezt a kis gyöngyszemet. Nagyjából körbe sétáltuk .. persze a butikok  nem.maradtak ki... mágnes, szokásos póló vásárlás megvolt...a sziget terképével. Onnan is örök emlék lesz. (Kilögyböltem és abban jöttem haza) aztan beültük egy jó sörre  és mentünk vissza a hajóra. Gyorsan eltelt az idő. Kb 2 órás út mit Lefkimmi-ig. Onnan ismét busz. Így visszafelé harmadikként szálltunk le így aránylag gyorsan hazaertunk. Kb 18ora lehetett... aztan mentunk vacsizni. Összegezve: szívből ajánlom Ritát. Sajnos nem jött velünk, de a sok uzenetvaltas után,szívből ajánlom,mindenben segít,mindent intez. A programra nem kell semmit utalni előre,csak is a helyszínen a buszon kellett fizetni .minden tökéletes volt.eletem top 3 hajóújtában benne volt ez az út. Imadtam minden percét. Rossz már itthon lenni. Akorfu igazi gyömgyszem.  Nem is értem hogy hagytam ki ennyi év alatt. De Hála istennek részese lehettem.ennek a csodának is. Köszönöm Magamnak a szüleimnek,és Ritának  is 🏝🌍🏞🏖🥰😍🐬😇💝 Több lakónak is  ajánlottam Ritat és ezt a hajó utat, így sikeresen kb 11 ember el  is ment az általam szívből ajánlott és boldogan elmeselt csodas napunk ajánlására. 🙏🫶😍

Had the best boat tour with the best tour guides. Lovely scenery, friendly staff. Vibes on vibes. Hammuda gave me the courage to dive from the top of the boat #VivaAfrica ❤️
